Returns, Refunds, Other Policies
These policies will generally apply to anything purchased in the vermontlifttickets.com store. These policies do not apply to lodging booked through our partners, lift tickets purchased from the resorts or purchased through our partners etc.
Vermontlifttickets.com Store Returns – No returns are allowed at the moment.
Porch Pirates and Items Marked as Delivered – If an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier we will not be able to replace your item or offer a refund. These situations are unfortunate and we apologize for anyone whose packages are stolen, but we are not able to compensate for items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Products – All packages are packed with care and we expect that they will arrive without issue. We do expect 1% to 2% of shipments to potentially be damaged in shipping somehow. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
